Shane is the Managing Partner and team lead of the Commercial and Residential Property team, Corporate and Commercial, Banking & Finance and Sports Law.

Shane specialises in complex high net worth Commercial Property transactions, involving acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and restructuring of hotels, bars, retail premises, office premises, and warehousing.

Shane also acts on behalf of several financial institutions in the provision and perfection of security, insolvency, and corporate recovery.
