Colette leads our Probate Team. With over 20 years’ in practice, she has vast experience in general practice matters. Colette specialises in Succession Planning, Administration of Estates and Trusts, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys.

Colette has represented clients in complex and large Estates and has been involved in testamentary proceedings involving claims by children and claims as to the validity of Wills.

Her practice areas also includes all areas of property law including dealing with commercial investment and residential property, leases and lettings of all types of property, rights of way, easements and wayleaves, transfers of family farms and advising clients on wind and solar developments affecting their lands.
