David dealt with both the sale and purchase of homes for me. On both, especially the purchase of a home, David was very efficient and thorough on everything, the least little concern he had he looked into and dealt with it, always having my best interest at the forefront. His communication was such that I rarely had to pick up the phone to him. Professional yes, but also very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend David.
